• Manage customer accounts, oversee the progress and costs of development projects.
• Receive inquiries, clarify requirements, and maintain communication with customers throughout project execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with Thygesen's products and services through regular contact and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are addressed professionally and in a timely manner.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for assigned projects.
• Monitor lead times and ensure timely delivery of development projects.
• Manage and control costs associated with development projects.
• Track and monitor customer payments and outstanding debts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Garment or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
