· Plan, organize, and manage the entire garment production process to meet output and quality targets.
· Develop detailed production schedules based on workforce capabilities and equipment availability.
· Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely sourcing, inspection, and approval of raw materials, especially fabrics and accessories.
· Monitor sewing line performance and address operational issues that may impact productivity or quality.
· Supervise product inspection processes and ensure smooth, on-time shipment of finished goods.
· Manage human resources within the production unit, including recruiting, skill testing, performance evaluations, and enforcing disciplinary and reward systems.
· Establish and enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
· Take on additional tasks as directed by the Managing Director.
· Degree or diploma in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the garment industry.
· Solid understanding of production management principles and Lean manufacturing practices.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
