Strategic & Operational Management
• Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and lead the execution of
quality management strategies.
• Establish, update, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS at both company and
subcontractors.
• Develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives
and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control & Compliance
• Lead factory technical audits, drive continuous improvements, and ensure subcontractors
performance meets quality expectations.
• Organize and manage product quality control activities within the company, factories, and
subcontractors.
• Standardize testing equipment and measurement tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct risk assessments for all new and carry-over products from the development stage to
bulk production to identify improvement solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of "Right First Time" quality culture across the supply chain to
minimize defects and reduce rework.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts related to technical, quality, process, and system
challenges, particularly during Sample-to-Stock (STS) and bulk production.
• Organize internal audits and third-party assessments to evaluate compliance with quality
standards.
• Evaluate and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CFA) structures to establish
accountability at subcontractors.
• Maintain a transparent and collaborative relationship with manufacturing partners.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the Quality Control team.
• Evaluate employees' technical capabilities and support their career growth within the company.
• Monitor and assess individual and team performance, ensuring high standards of productivity
and quality.
Financial & Cost Management
• Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Enhance operational efficiency to boost overall productivity.
Project Management & Implementation
• Propose and execute quality management systems for investment projects.
• Develop action plans to support new initiatives in quality control and assurance.
Reporting & Additional Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit departmental reports to the Managing Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Apparel, Textile Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the garment/textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
